Reference documents such as the receipt notice, approval notice, and certified LCA will appear under a dedicated section titled Reference Documents. These documents may be needed for company records, per employee request, etc.
Employee users are only able to view reference documents set to visible. If an employee needs support with accessing a reference document, please post a message to the legal team in the Communication Center.
- Navigate to the case.
- Scroll down to Reference Documents under Your Case File.

To download a document, select the arrow on the right-hand side of the document placeholder to view the individual document, then select the cloud icon next to the document you would like to download.
