Using the Communication Center

The Communication Center is a secure, consolidated space in the Envoy Global platform for you, your employer, and the legal team to discuss legal inquiries pertaining to casework or other immigration matters. You can access the Communication Center from any page in your account using the message icon.png Message icon.

💡 Example of legal questions include upcoming international travel, upcoming expirations, immigration status, type of casework needed, determining if dependent casework is needed.
