Upload documents to your account

To upload a document in the Envoy Global platform, drag and drop your documents to the appropriate placeholder, or click on the placeholder directly to be prompted to upload a document from your browser. Once a document is uploaded, you’ll have the option to replace, delete, or download the document.

💡 Document placeholders are locked within the Reference Documents section of the case and once a case is marked as Complete. You can download documents from these sections, but you will not be able to upload additional documents to those placeholders.

Document actions

Depending on where you are viewing stored documents in your account, next to each file uploaded, you will see icons with the options to:  

  • Replace: Clicking this option will prompt you to upload a new document from your browser which will replace the document you have indicated.  
  • Preview: You can preview the file you are selecting without downloading it to your computer.
  • Download: The cloud icon allows you to download the file available.  
  • Archive: You can archive the indicated document.

Acceptable types of documents

The Envoy Global platform supports the following file types as long as they are below 150 MB. If you need to upload a type of file that is not supported, we suggest converting it to a supported file type and then uploading it.

.bmp, .doc, .docx, .eml, .gif, .htm, .html, .jpeg, .jpg, .msg, .pdf, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .pub, .rtf, .tif, .tiff, .txt, .vsd, .vdx, .xls, .xlsx, .xml

💡 Password protected documents cannot be uploaded to the Envoy Global platform.
