When traveling outside of the United States, it's important that employee users update their I-94, travel history, and ensure their most recent I-94 is uploaded to the Envoy Global platform.

The Envoy Global platform has an easy tool to download your official Travel History from USCBP in the I-94 Travel Log section of your Account tab. Employees can use the information obtained from USCBP to enter their travel dates within the section.
💡 Please note that this feature only applies for employees who have a U.S.-inbound visa. If they only hold a non-U.S. visa or permit, then this feature will not appear.

Providing travel history in the Questionnaire
For most U.S. cases, the legal team will request travel history information within the case questionnaire. This information is important so the legal team can asses any impact to existing or future case filings, and additional documentation that may be needed from recent travel.
Follow the below instructions to format your travel history correctly:
1. Go to the Travel History section of the open Questionnaire. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Previous Travel Dates subsection.
2. Use the existing table to enter travel dates in/out of the U.S. Click the blue + Add another travel date hyperlink to add a row including fields for additional Departure and Arrival Dates.
3. Click into the Departure Date and Arrival Date fields to select a calendar date.
- Departure Date is the date the applicant exited the U.S.
- Arrival Date is the date the applicant entered the U.S. This includes a first arrival date to the U.S. as well as any additional returns from an international trip.
💡Entries in both fields of the same row are not required. This may apply if the applicant changed statuses while outside of the U.S. Travel dates will always populate under that respective status within the Questionnaire.
4. Repeat steps 1-2 to add a record of another set of travel dates.
