Employers and employees may need access to an employee's Approval Notice (I-797A) for a variety of reasons. Approval Notices along with other government notices are securely stored in the employee's Envoy Global account and can be accessed using the Document Library.
Approval Notices associated with the primary case are not visible to employees unless specified by the sponsoring employer. If an employee is unable to access the Approval Notice, please contact your Account Management team.
Follow the below steps to view the Approval Notice:
1. Navigate to the Document Library on the employee's account.
2. Open the folder related to the associated case or view all documents in the Personal Documents folder.
3. Locate the I-797 Approval Notice placeholder.
4. Select the cloud icon to download a copy of the Approval Notice.
