All new users in the Envoy Global platform must accept an account invitation to access their account. If an account invitation expires after 72 hours, then a new account invitation must be sent by either an active Company user or an internal Envoy Global team member.
If you're a Company user, follow the below instructions to resend an account invitation to an employee or colleague (depending on permissions).
- Navigate to Administration from the profile icon (top right corner).
On the Administration page, select the Users tab.
Select the Manage Employees tab. If you're resending an account invitation for a colleague user, navigate to Manage Colleagues instead.
Locate the employee who requires another invite and select the ellipsis icon.
Select Resend Invite from the drop-down list.
💡An account invitation will be sent to the employee from noreply@envoyglobal.com.
