Job Posting Today (JPT) is an Envoy-owned and operated website that simplifies the applicant review process during Recruitment by directing PERM job applications into the Envoy platform for review by both immigration teams and the legal team at Corporate Immigration Partners (CIP). JPT is beneficial to clients as they do not need to collect job applications and resumes. Immigration teams can simply review resumes directly through the Envoy platform, which helps ensure compliance, as all applications are accounted for.

This guide reviews what JPT is and how it can be used during the Recruitment process in the Envoy Global platform.
Applicants use the JPT website to apply to a PERM job posting; it is an included service when working with Envoy Global and comes at no additional cost. Applicants submit their information and resumes and answer any applicable screening questions on the JPT website. JPT is integrated with the Envoy platform; the job application, resume and information are pulled into the Envoy platform, where immigration teams and CIP can review the applicant's information.
Clients are encouraged to use JPT for PERM job postings to improve their experience during the Recruitment process.
Step 1: Select JPT as the method of application for PERM job advertisements.
Once your immigration team determines that they would like to use JPT as the method of application for the job advertisements, CIP will enable JPT and create a unique JPT reference number for the position. Then, the JPT link and reference number are listed in all advertisements as the only method to apply for the position.
Step 2: Applicants apply for position on JPT
Applicants view the job description on JPT and complete the job application, including uploading their resume, personal information, and answering all screening questions when visiting JPT to apply for the position.
Step 3: Applications are automatically added to Envoy for your immigration team and CIP to review.
The application is automatically added to the Envoy platform for your immigration team to review once the candidate submits their application on JPT. Every time an application is submitted, your immigration team will see that their Action Needed is Manage Job Applicants in the Recruitment case. Select the Manage Job Applicants red link or select the Applicants tab under Recruitment Files to view applicants. The Applicant tab includes a red bubble that reflets the number of applications that need to be reviewed. Select the applicant's name to review and individual application.
Your immigration team can then review the application submitted on JPT, including applicant information, responses to screening questions, and download the resume and applicant evaluation form. The Status of the applicant can also be updated to reflect if they are or are not qualified to proceed in the application process.
