Accessing immigration documents

The Envoy Global platform makes it easy for employees and sponsoring employers to access important immigration documents. Whether an employee is preparing for international travel, updating their driver's license, or a company is simply updating their records, documents can be accessed 24/7 in the employee account. 

This article specifically discusses reference documents after a case has been submitted to the government. To learn more about providing supporting documents to an active case being prepared by the legal team, view the case documents article. 

Employee users are only able to view reference documents set to visible. If an employee needs support with accessing a reference document, please post a message to the legal team in the Communication Center

Accessing documents from an active case

  1. Navigate to the active case in the employee account.
  2. Scroll down to Reference Documents under Your Case File.
  3. To download a document, select the arrow on the right-hand side of the document placeholder to view the individual document, then select the cloud icon next to the document you would like to download.
