The Document Library is a storage tool for all documentation uploaded to an employee's Envoy Global account. Employees can upload documents to the Personal Documents folder; the documents provided here will automatically populate into the corresponding placeholder of any future cases opened in the employee account.
For the best experience using the Document Library, upload your documents using a desktop browser. The Document Library is not currently supported on the Envoy mobile app.
For support with using the Document Library, please start a live chat in your account with Envoy Global Customer Experience.
Organize your immigration documents
-
Personal Documents: If a case is not yet opened, use this section to store immigration documents.
💡 If your employer has recently begun working with Envoy, the team may still be working to transfer documents from your prior counsel. Learn more about when information will be transferred from previous counsel.
- Case-Specific Documents: Any documents uploaded directly to a case will be saved in the specific case folder within the Document Library.
-
Dependents: If an employee completes a profile for their dependent, then a folder will become available in the Document Library to store their relevant documents.
💡 The legal team does not actively review documents uploaded directly to the Document Library. If you need the legal team to review a document, upload it to the Case Documents section of the relevant case or notify the legal team in the Communication Center.
