The Talent Screening tool is available for certain company users allowing them to input prospective candidate information so the legal team can advise on their eligibility for work authorization in the United States.
Talent Screening is designed to determine a prospective candidate’s eligibility for work authorization in the US using a set of screening questions. This enables clients to receive attorney guidance quickly and easily on visa options for a prospective candidate, and securely provide the information that legal teams need.
Permissions: Company and Division Administrators, Recruiters using the Envoy Global platform have access to submit a New Visa Assessment.
To Use Talent Screening to submit a New Candidate Visa Assessment, follow the steps listed below
- Select the Talent Screening tile on the Envoy home screen.
Select “New Visa Assessment”
- Enter information about the prospective candidate and proposed position, then Submit the assessment for Attorney Review.
The legal team will then review and assess the information submitted. Once the assessment is completed, the Status column will update to “Assessment completed with visa options”. Select “View Assessment” to view the results of the assessment.
Note: If the legal team needs further information, they will post a message that you can respond to. If there are no visa options available, the Status will reflect “Assessment Completed” and will explain reasons for denied options.
