The Active Cases tile is available for all company users helping them manage active casework, easily viewing current case status, action items needed from them, and more.
The Active Cases tile provides company users with a list of all current cases, statuses, and any required actions. Select the Active Cases tile on the Envoy home page to begin. This tile helps companies stay organized while managing ongoing casework in the Envoy Global platform.
Active cases with pending action items will appear at the top with the action item highlighted in red. All other active cases with no pending action items will appears next. You can use the options - Card View or List View - depending on your preference for reviewing the cases.
Select an employee name to go to the employee’s profile page or click on the action item to go directly to the action needed.
