If you have any dependents, such as your spouse or any children under the age of 21, we encourage you to add their information to the Dependents section within the Account tab. By adding their information within this section, their details will be populated into any new cases. You can also invite your dependents to access the account with their own email address as well.
Add a dependent to your account
- Navigate to the Account tab on the top right of the Overview page.
- Click on Dependents from the left menu.
- Add or edit dependent family members and provide the most updated information prompted in each section.
- Upload relevant documents when prompted.
The information provided in this section will populate into any cases opened for your dependent family members that require sponsorship.
Invite a dependent to your account
If your dependent already has an email address listed on their profile, sending them an invite is simple! Once logged in, dependent users have the same access to an Envoy account as the primary user.
- Navigate to your Account profile
- From the Dependents section, click the meatball menu next to the name of the family member you would like to invite.
- Then click “Send Invite”
The new user will receive an email invitation from noreply@envoyglobal.com with a link to log in to your account. This link will expire after 72 hours.

Opening dependent cases
A dependent case may be needed if you have family members that require dependent sponsorship. Dependents include your spouse and any children under the age of 21.
