How employers can download invoices, case statements, and receipts

To download an invoice, follow the below steps: 

  1. Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Billing & Payments from the drop-down menu.billing & payments.png
  2. Select the correct billing account from the dropdown. 
  3. Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the outstanding balance Then, click the three-dot menu and choose Download Invoice.

From this same menu, you can also download a Case Statement. Unlike Invoices, Case Statements will dynamically update whenever a partial payment is applied or our Finance Team adjusts or adds a charge. You can download this document by choosing Download Case Statement.

To view receipts for payments made on a case, follow the below steps: 

  1. While still in the Billing Center, toggle over to the Payment History tab. 
  2. Click the interactive link next to the date you made payment; it indicates that you can download the receipt using the cloud icon.receipt.png
