The H-1B Cap Planner tool helps company users in the Envoy Global platform organize their workforce during the H-1B Cap season. It offers tracking during the registration and selection periods, as well as recommendations for who to sponsor. If an employee is not selected in the H-1B Cap lottery, it will also provide H-1B alternatives unique to each employee.

Account Permissions: Company users (Company Administrators, Division Administrators)

Accessing the H-1B Cap planner

  1. From the company home page, click on the Workforce Planner tile.
  2. Select the tab H-1B Cap Planner.
  3. Use the available tabs to view employees based on the type of filing prepared for them. The option to export the table is available in the top right corner.
