H-1B Cap Planner Tool for Employers

The H-1B Cap Planner tool helps employers organize their workforce during the H-1B Cap season. It offers tracking during the registration and selection periods, as well as recommendations for who to sponsor. If an employee is not selected in the H-1B Cap lottery, it will also provide H-1B alternatives unique to each employee. 

To get to the H-1B Cap Planner tool, log into your Envoy Global account and click on the Workforce Planner tile. From there, you will find a tab called H-1B Cap Planner.
