The Envoy Global platform offers several ways for company users to analyze their data, including pre-built dashboards for a quick overview and custom reporting features for more detailed analysis. This data is available through the Analytics tile on the company's account home page.
The pre-built dashboards within the Analytics tile help companies evaluate their immigration population, manage cases, and analyze spending. They provide secure, on-demand access to centralized data, enabling organizations to better manage their immigration programs.
Each dashboard includes a comprehensive report that can be downloaded in XLSX, CSV, or PDF format by selecting the three-dot menu located next to the report.
Active employees dashboard
The employees dashboard provides company users with four types of reports which provide an overview of their current immigration population.
Immigration Summary report
Provides an overview of active employees, including the groups they belong to, their current visa status, and country of citizenship. An interactive map is also available, allowing users to view employee visa status by country.
U.S. Employee Visa Status report
Provides an overview of U.S. employees, including current immigration statuses, statuses that have expired, and statuses that are set to expire within the next six months. We recommend using this report to identify upcoming extension needs, as extension cases are typically initiated six to eight months before an employee's status expiration date.
Permanent Residence Status
Provides an overview of U.S.-based employees who are currently going through the green card process. The dashboard identifies each employee's stage in the green card process and displays their priority date, allowing companies to track progress and plan for upcoming milestones.
Global Employee Visa Status
Provides an overview of international employees (excluding U.S. inbound employees), including the total number of active employees, employees with expired immigration status, and those whose status is set to expire within the next six months. This dashboard helps companies identify employees who may require immigration support or the initiation of a new case to maintain work authorization.
If your reporting needs go beyond what is available in the pre-built dashboards, we recommend using the My Reports feature in the Analytics tile to build custom reporting.
