This article is intended for employers who need to link their MyUSCIS organizational account to their legal representative at CIP P.C. to complete Cap registration and electronically file casework with USCIS. This step must be completed to ensure that the legal team can assist the company with actions in MyUSCIS.

Link account to a Representative
- Log in to your USCIS Organizational Account as an Administrator. If you do not have a USCIS Organizational Account, read more on how to setup a MyUSCIS account before proceeding.
- Go to My Representatives tab
- Click Invite a Representative
- Enter Legal Representative information. Then, click Submit.
- The Legal Representative will have seven (7) calendar days to accept the invitation.
Do not invite your Legal Representative until you have confirmed the correct email address as they may not be using their standard CIP PC email.
