We want to ensure you never miss an important update! Users with an active Envoy Global account receive notifications related to their account and active casework to keep all parties involved on track.
All account notifications are sent from noreply@envoyglobal.com, so we recommend saving this email to your contacts. Common account notifications include:
- Login information
- Upcoming visa-related expiration reminders
- Messages from the legal team
- New cases opened
- Payment information
Employee account notifications
These notifications cannot be turned off or modified for employee users as they are tied to actionable items in the account. If you’re receiving a notification that you don’t believe you should be receiving or have any questions on a notification you have received, please contact Envoy Customer Experience for support.
Customizing company user notifications
Company users do have the option to customize most of their notifications from their account profile. Notifications can be delivered as individual emails as they are generated or in a digest format.
Certain notifications such as visa-related expiration reminders are turned on by default. To update account notifications for users with company-level access, follow the below steps:
- Click on the profile icon (top right corner) > Choose Administration.
- Select the company user that you need to adjust notification settings for.
- On the left menu, select Notification Settings.
- Choose Manage Notifications next to Individually, as they're generated. If you prefer digest format, select that option.
- Click the checkbox next to any notifications you want that user to receive. Continue on to the additional tabs for more types of notifications.
Notification preferences are updated immediately and can be adjusted at any time for active users.
