Monitoring ongoing cases with a Tracking case

Tracking cases are used to monitor updates received from the government for cases filed by a previous legal counsel. For U.S.-based visa holders, a tracking case helps the legal team keep track of related expiration dates and when a new extension case needs to be opened for an employee. 

If a tracking case is currently pending adjudication, the case will be updated to 'Complete' once the Decision Notice has been received. When a tracking case is marked as 'Complete’ in Envoy, users will be able to view the copy of the Decision Notice.
