Case Initiation: It is advisable to start the application process at least 6 to 8 weeks before the intended travel date, as most countries will not accept applications more than 3 months prior to the scheduled departure date. Starting early helps manage unforeseen delays, embassy appointments, and document verification.
Case Preparation: Gathering, verifying, and preparing documents could take approximately 2-3 business days depending on complexity and applicant readiness. Coordination between the applicant, employer, local vendor (if applicable) and the host company is often required.
Processing Times: Generally, visa processing/adjudication times could take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. In some instances, a visa appointment is required, which may extend the visa processing times. Standard processing times usually range between 5-20 business days. Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee, for certain countries.

Factors affecting processing: Nationality of the applicant, embassy or consulate workload and location, additional scrutiny or consular review, completeness and accuracy of the submitted application.
