Confirm if an employee has access to their account

Employee accounts must be active in the platform to access their Envoy Global account. Company users can view the status of an employee account as well as send a new account invitation, or deactivate or lock and employee account. 

If you need support with getting an employee access to their Envoy Global account, please contact your Account Management team. 

To check an employee's status in Envoy Global, follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to Administration by clicking on your profile icon on any page of the Envoy Global platform (top right corner).

2. Select the Users tab, then select Manage Employees. View the status of an employee in the platform under the Status column.

Here's a guide to the types of account statuses: 

    • Active: Employee has created their Envoy account and can log into the Envoy platform.
    • Invitation Expired: Employee was invited to create their Envoy account, but the invitation has expired. 💡Learn more about how to resend an account invitation to an employee
    • Not Invited: The employee has never been invited to create their Envoy account.
    • If an employee has been deactivated, they will not appear in Manage Employees.
