Confirm if an employee has access to their account

Audience: Company Users

Employee accounts must be active in the platform to access their Envoy Global account. Company users can view the status of an employee account as well as send a new account invitation, or deactivate or lock and employee account. 

To check an employee's status in Envoy Global, follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to Administration by clicking on your profile icon on any page of the Envoy Global platform (top right corner).

2. Select the Users tab, then select Manage Employees. View the status of an employee in the platform under the Status column.

3. Next to each employee user, a Status will appear confirming whether the employee has access to their account. Learn more about each of these statuses. Use the below guide to understand each of the account statuses. 

Active Status
Employee has created their Envoy account and can log into the Envoy platform. If they are reporting troubles logging in, they may need to reset their password from the login page .
Invitation Expired Status
Employee was invited to create their Envoy account, but the invitation has expired. For instructions on resending an account invitation, visit this article .
Not Invited Status
The employee has never been invited to create their Envoy account.

If an employee's account was deactivated, you will need to click on the Show Inactive button for their account to appear.
