This article is intended for users who need to toggle between multiple Envoy Global accounts. For users who need to activate multiple Envoy Global accounts, we recommend using the toggle feature to easily navigate between accounts.
You will need to work with an Envoy Global team member to setup this feature, but here are step by step instructions once you are added as a user to additional accounts.
- Log in to the Envoy Global platform using your username and password for your existing account.
- Once an Envoy team member has provided you access to a new company account within the Envoy Global platform, you will receive an invitation from noreply@envoyglobal.com to join the new account. While logged in to your existing account, click join on the account invitation to activate the new account.
- You can easily toggle between your Envoy Global accounts (e.g., Acme Corporation and Marvel Healthcare). To switch accounts, navigate to the top right corner of the landing page. Clock on your profile icon, and a drop-down menu will appear. When you hover over your name in the menu, details of your other account will be displayed. Select the desired account to access it.
