Beneficiary documents typically needed for H-1B Cap cases

This information is intended for beneficiaries in Envoy Global who are being sponsored for the H-1B Cap lottery. The legal team typically requires the below documents to register a beneficiary for the H-1B Cap lottery and prepare an H-1B case. If a document is marked as required in the Envoy Global platform and it is not applicable to you, please notify the legal team in the Communication Center

💡If a beneficiary is asked to provide their education documents, but they have not graduated yet, please see the below section Education Documents for more information on how to proceed.
