H-1B Cap cases are typically eligible for premium processing unless otherwise confirmed by USCIS. Premium processing can be added to cases after it’s determined that a registrant has been selected in the lottery.
Premium processing applies to government processing times and does not impact CIP PC case preparation timelines. If premium processing is applied to a Cap case sent to the government, USCIS will adjudicate the case in 15 business days.
