Linking a myUSCIS account to a Representative

MyUSCIS accounts are used by sponsoring employers and the legal team at CIP to register beneficiaries for the H-1B Cap lottery and electronically file casework. This article is intended to help Company Administrators link their myUSCIS account to their legal representative at CIP PC.

This is an important step to ensure the legal team can assist with drafting forms and letters for the H-1B case, registering beneficiaries for the H-1B Cap lottery, and more.

💡Watch the video below provided by USCIS to learn more. We also have step-by-step instructions and an attached guide to help you through this process. If you need support with linking your myUSCIS account, please post a message to your legal team in the Communication Center.

If you are ready to link to a Representative, jump to 8:50 - 11:13.
