This article outlines the steps for companies to open a case to be filed electronically and case preparation workflow in the Envoy Global platform.
- Follow the steps to create a new case. Cases eligible for e-filing will have the question, 'How would you like to file this case?" > Select E-File
- Once the case is opened, all parties must complete the case questionnaire and upload required documents.
- The legal team will work with all parties to prepare the case. Once the petition is ready for the sponsoring employer's review, a Review task will be added to the case.

Click on the Review task, which will redirect to the myUSCIS government website where the sponsoring employer will be prompted to login. Learn more about MyUSCIS organizational accounts.
💡If the petition requires any modifications, please reject the forms and promptly inform the CIP legal team so they can address necessary edits.
- Once the petition is ready for submission, the legal team at CIP will perform a final review and submit the petition online.
- USCIS will provide the receipt notice and number immediately and the information will be added to the Envoy Global platform on the same day.
- Our technology will continuously monitor the myUSCIS website to track for the case's adjudication. As soon as the approval notice is posted on the myUSCIS website, it will be promptly uploaded into the Envoy Global platform on the same day.
