For most cases, an employer portion of the case questionnaire must be completed. The case questionnaire is designed to ensure all information provided is secure and organized. One of the many benefits of the questionnaire is once you've provided the information once, it will populate most information into future questionnaires.
💡The legal team will not begin case preparation until the case questionnaire have been completed to 100% by the employer and sponsored employee and the case has been submitted to the legal team's review.

Navigate to the respective case where you'll land on the case questionnaire. Complete the required sections by clicking the Work on Section button.

Answer the questions and upload any required documents. Some questions or sections will be pre-populated based on previous answers.
- Once and the sponsored employee have have completed the questionnaire to 100%, return to the Case Overview page. Next to Action Needed, select the link “Submit to Attorney Review” to submit the questionnaire to the legal team for review.
Once the case has been submitted to the legal team, they will begin case preparation. When additional action is needed on the case or when there are updates, the progress will be updated on the case timeline.
