The employer portion of the case questionnaire in the Envoy Global platform allows company users the option of assigning the job-related sections to non-Envoy application users, such as a hiring manager.

To assign sections, please follow the steps below.
- Click on an active case in questionnaire status. Use the Assign Job Sections button in the top-right corner.
- A modal window will appear with the legal matter type, employee name and questionnaire sections to be completed. Information will be displayed if the employee is in a group managed by a Hiring Manager. However, you can still assign the job sections to someone else, including a non-Envoy application user.
- Enter the first and last name of the non-application user, as well as their email address.
- Click the Save button.
Note: If you wish to cancel the assignment for the job sections, or reassign them to another person, click the Assign Job Sections button again. You will see who the job sections are currently assigned to and can click the Cancel Assignment button to unassign them from the sections.
The non-application user will get an email with instructions for completing the job-related sections of the Questionnaire. The email will contain a link to access the sections, which is valid for 72 hours. After 72 hours, the non-application user can request a new link, which is generated automatically by the Envoy system.
