There’s a variety of reasons that a case is placed In Process such as pending certification of the Labor Condition Application, waiting on a priority date to become current, etc. If you specifically requested that the case should be put on hold, then please notify the legal team once you're ready to proceed.
There is no specific timeline for this specific stage, but you will be notified if anything is needed from you to proceed with the case. The case timeline should provide more information on why a case is placed in this status, however sometimes there is a custom reason which is not reflected.
The next notification that you'll likely receive from Envoy Global is that the case has been moved to Attorney Review.
