Once the legal team at CIP has received the original copy of the decision notice from the government and no further action is needed on the case in the Envoy Global platform, the status will be updated to Complete. The legal team will update the employee Account Profile with any new expiration information based on the new status documents.
You can confirm that a case is marked as Complete on the case timeline.
💡 Completed cases can be archived if the employee no longer wants to see the case on their active cases overview. To archive a case, click the Archive button on the case on the main Overview page of your Envoy account.
