The timeline on casework in the Envoy Global platform, provide users with updates as the case progresses. Once the legal team has finalized their preparation of the case and sends it to the government for processing, the case will be updated to the status, Sent to Government. The legal team will update the tracking information in the platform once it’s been sent. 

Cases filed with the Department of Labor (DOL) are typically submitted electronically so you may not see tracking information updated for these cases. 

The next notification that you'll likely receive from Envoy Global is that the case has been Completed
