Managing company account credits

Account credits can be viewed and applied to outstanding balances in the Billing Center. If a case is cancelled or a refund is issued for a specific payment, then the balance will appear in credits. Credits are stored on the company account so they can easily be applied to future casework.

View account credits

  1. Navigate to the Billing Center by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner on any page in the Envoy Global platform. Then, select Billing and Payments.billing & payments.png
  2. Select the billing account as credits are applied based on the division that the case was under. Screenshot 2024-10-25 131022.png
  3. Click the tab Credits
  4. A description of each credit on the account will be listed including when the credit was added, whether its been applied, as well as a credit memo for your records. credit breakdown.png

Downloading a report of all credits

A report of a division's credit history is available to export in the Billing Center. Once you've selected the applicable division, click Export.
